Free shipping across the Nordics!

 

As part of our strive in making great design accessible, we never charge for shipping within the Nordic countries. For our friends in Norway, additional customs charges and national VAT will be charged directly by the local tax authorities and needs to be paid separately by the customer. Should you have further questions regarding additional charges please contact your local tax office. The shipping time information displayed on product pages and in the order confirmation email is an estimate and might be subject to change.

 

Standard Delivery Services

 

Norvill most commonly uses DB Schenker, UPS, DHL, DSV, GLS, TNT and FedEx as the Freight Forwarder. The service includes standard curbside delivery. Curbside delivery means that the courier will deliver your item(s) to the curb of your specified delivery address. This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly or setup of your item(s).

Our delivery partner will contact you before the delivery to propose a delivery date and time frame with an option to reschedule this if the time is inconvenient. If you happen to not be at home at the agreed time of delivery, your item might be returned to the warehouse. In that case, you need to contact us to arrange a re-delivery. An extra delivery cost at the rate originally paid will occur.
